Hello Pre-1,
We are missing our children and families already! Sarah and I are working on ways to connect with you daily as we are being socially isolated during this difficult time. We are thinking about each of you and wishing you well!
We have come up with a theme for each daily post:
Monday: Music Monday
When children sing, dance, and listen to music, they develop their language and early literacy skills while being active and encouraging movement. We will be posting something musical on Mondays.
Tuesday: Tasty Tuesday
We will be posting a simple snack that you can make at home with your child.
Wednesday: Work Together Wednesday
We will be posting an activity that works on building together to explore math and science concepts.
Thursday: Artsy Thursday
We will post an open-ended art activity to spark imagination and create with our hands.
Friday: Story Time Friday
Every Friday we will be posting a story read by a “special guest”. We will have some favorite stories coming your way!
We hope that these activities will keep us connected and give you a chance to learn together with your family!
